The Hollywood wax was quite painful but at least it was quick. She was kind of rough with it and basically just ended up giving me a strip wax. I agree with the other reviews not sure the lady was qualified? Wish you could choose which therapist to book. You can get a much nicer wax for less money elsewhere don’t think I’ll be coming back.

The wax was quick as usual. This wasn’t the usual person who waxes me.
I came to discover the inside of my lady area was bleeding which i’ve never had before :-(

My therapist was well meaning but I'm sad to that say that the treatment was pretty rushed and approximate - lots of hair left and she waxed over a mole making it bleed. I have only had good experiences here so far, so it's very disappointing to be honest. I won't be coming back.
