The treatment was sadly a disappointment. It was a bespoke facial and reflexology massage but there was no discussion about what you would like / areas to focus on and she didn't say what she was going to do. The facial entailed a mask and then being left for 15/20 minutes and left again towards the end. There was no offer of a neck or hand massage during this time like in more other places.
