I went here today for a wash, cut and blowdry by Kani and what a great job she did! Apart from being incredibly friendly and welcoming, she is a master with the scissors - I had gotten the courage to trim my fringe during the lockdown and made a mess of it - she was able to fix it with ease and gave me lovely light layers for the rest of my hair without taking too much length. The salon itself is incredibly clean and professional and I was really impressed - delighted to have found this place.
I paid for wash and conditioner with haircut and blow dry but they never used any conditioner. The entire haircut was extremely rushed. My hair was tugged constantly while blow drying. While getting my blow dry done, Kani said she didn't have time to do it properly as she had many appointments that day! If you can't cope don't take so many appointments!!!! Very disappointed.They were only interested in getting as many people in as they could. And oh not everyone wore masks!
