My appointment it supposed to be with Kani but it was with Turkish guy and i think he is new because he is not professional at all , first he start to blow dry my hair without washing and cut it randomly very unprofessional way ! Sorry to say that but the smell was sooo bad i was about to vomit when he is around! I just need to finish,moreover he takes his mask off while he’s doing my hair !
And one more thing he is not speaking English very well he have to call someone to explain to him .

One of the best haircuts I’ve had in London. Kani really listens to what you ask for and knows how to cut my hair really well (my hair is v long and v straight).
In love with my hair cut and blow dry! Kani is the sweetest lady, so kind and considerate. It was my first time in the salon. She made me feel comfortable and knew exactly what I wanted after taking the time to listen and understand what I was asking for. I could not recommend Kani enough. What a lovely and talented lady. I will be returning.
Asked for curtain or side bangs but got a very choppy full fringe instead. Also, when blow-drying my hair Murat seemed to take his phone and take a photo of my scalp? which I felt quite uncomfortable about but I didn't question it/ maybe I miss-saw!?. I feel bad leaving a bad review for once but I think as a potential customer, I would have liked to see more real reviews. He used about 7 different scissors and a shaver? A sign of inexperience? Sorry!
