Stressful Experience - The technician was on her phone not focusing on the job and being quite harsh on my sensitive skin. She did not provide aloe vera for after care which is the norm.

Booked a hair up for my graduation. Turns out the stylist doesn't do hair up and my only option was hair down and curled. Fair enough it was done nicely, but didn't start until 20 minutes late, and the curls fell out by lunch time. They should have told me they couldn't do a hair upin advance as it was too late for me to do anything about it. Salon is lovely and staff were very friendly, but I was sold a service they dont provide.

Loved my hair colour, and Kani did an amazing job and was so lovely. However, price on booking was different to the price on the day due to Treatwell not updating their prices. This made for an awkward situation on payment, luckily the staff at the venue were very understanding.
