I booked a treatment and then on arrival I wanted to change it. They gave me the original treatment I had booked and then asked me to pay for the difference between the treatment I booked and the one I had asked for on arrival despite not giving me the more expensive treatment. The manicure also didn’t include cuticle trimming etc as you would expect. Would rather pay more and go somewhere you get the full experience in future.

Great place. Great service - mani, pedi and painting were all spot on. Just needed a little more dusting/cleaning of the UV lamps and seats etc

Another lovely visit. I saw a new person today, a younger gent, he was so very gentle with the drill and did a lovely job the whole way through.
