Ellie has cut my hair twice now.On the first occasion,I ran through what I was hoping for and that is exactly how I walked out looking!On this second occasion,when I saw that Ellie was waiting to see to me when I walked in,I was so relieved!It was great to simply be able to ask for ‘the same as last time please’ without having to go into too much detail!Ellie knew exactly what I wanted.I was busy on my phone during the appointment and when she said ‘all done’,I was like ‘wow’!Transformation!xx
