Avoid if you are under the age of 70. Nowhere does it say that this is a salon for the more elderly, for whom I'm sure this salon is fine, but for the somewhat younger it was a shock to walk in and see a sea of grey and white hair. I have a basic bob with a straight fringe, essentially two straight lines to cut. All I wanted was to ensure my split ends were removed. There was no consultation before washing my hair and as this was in progress I was told my booking didn't include drying (I've never encountered this before). I was taken to the hair cut area and the lady spent between 5 -10 minutes cutting my hair. I've never had such a quick hair cut, which would be fine if it was good but when I got home I saw my split ends remained. An extra 5-10 minutes would have dried my hair but I was expected to leave the salon in February in the freezing cold with damp hair. A total waste of time and money and an unpleasant experience.
