A manicure here isn't quick (just give yourself at least two hours) but that's because it's done with so much attention to every detail. My nails looks perfect and I can tell that they'll last.
My manicurist was ~20 minutes late for the appointment.

I liked how the nails were shaped and the lady took good care and understood what I wanted. The only issue was that she did not really try and engage in a conversation, and replied simply by nodding, which is a little boring when you are sitting in one place for 2 hours. A little comment every now and again would be nice. She was often chatting in her mother tongue with another colleague, though, which I found unprofessional to ignore your client like that and have jokes with other staff.
