I didn’t get the BIAB just the regular dip but wasn’t reimbursed for the difference. The experience was fine. Though they switched a few nail technicians which is quite annoying mid service. The final guy was a good. The person hurt my cuticle while rushing through the electric buffer and was just in a hurry, so I’m glad they switched.
