I’ve had an appointment and arrived promptly however when I said hi I didn’t get acknowledged. Went to sit down and was waiting for either staff to ask me what I was there for etc. No one did but they seated others, after 25 minutes of wait I went up to them to tell them I had an appointment at which stage they got started on me within 10 minutes. I feel like there’s not much acknowledgement when someone walks in, and it even seemed like they prioritised walk ins over bookings, wouldn’t be back
