Reception was friendly and welcoming.
You were taken downstairs to meet your therapist.
Everything was clean and tidy . The therapist was lovely she told you the ingredients of the various scrubs, mud and oils being used on your skin. My experience was relaxing and calm. My skin felt clean and smooth.
I would recommend a visit to this Spa.

Clean with a nice atmosphere +decoration. The steam room and treatment was amazing and provided by two caring and experienced ladies. It was a package from Groupon with an "afternoon tea" not meeting my expectations...supermarket bought cakes, the sandwich was just a baguette with cheese, and tea was tasteless (I went to Morocco and had proper ones so it's definitely not the right choice). To be honest I would have preferred just to skip this and get a teabag or coffee and pay a bit cheaper.

This is a hidden treasure in Streatham. A inviting warm space to forget about your worries and cares. The Hamman treatment was a delight, so relaxing but invigorating at the same time. Beautiful natural products and Moroccan tea was given when in the chill zone. The women always checked in to make sure you were ok and happy. I’d definitely go again and have a massage too next time.
