Vanessa is an absolutely excellent masseuse. I always feel amazing after her massages. She is also a lovely human being with really positive energy. Thank you Vanessa.

Sadly not the experince I was hoping for. Not relaxing at all. Little communication on what the steps were and I was left sat thinking she had called me out of the steam room but she had not. After my scrub, the no didn't communicate to the lady for the final stage and I was sat there again by the sinks outside steam room whilst 2 other ladys had there wash down. Went into the 'quiet relaxation room' where all the loungers face a bright empty stand up water fridge and staff had phone on loud.

This place is amazing. I’ve already booked to go back, told people and everyone I speak to that knows this place says the same thing- we love it! Highly recommend 🙏🏻👌🏻

The place is well-maintained and clean. The staff are very nice. Sokayna is polite and friendly. Elham is also very welcoming and friendly. The receptionist is polite and friendly as well.
