went for the £85 treatment.
Never been before, so would have appreciated an explanation first.
1 on 1 spa scrub with the therapist. For this, it was just myself in the spa. I was rubbed down with the first exfoliating scrub and put into a type of heated steam room.
It was a very intense experience.
This process was repeated with mud. Then a rub down with a mitt. I was hosed down between scrubs. The massage was okay but pressure was applied to the spine which I happen to know isn’t safe. 7/10

My friend and I went on sat afternoon and it was a lovely experience the staff were brilliant and we really enjoyed all the treatments I highly recommend
