I went in for a wax and when i arrived there was one member of staff working. She was very friendly which helped but overall my experience was not that great. She had to stop my treatment a couple of times to see if someone came into the salon which left me in an awkward position. The actual wax itself was quite painful and uncomfortable more so then it needed to be. The room was quite hot and she had to stop my wax to then get a fan to make it a bit more comfortable.

Awful experience! I recently got a full set acrylics at this salon, after one day one of my nails fell off, and now 4 days later a total of 4 have come off! I tried calling the salon, they said they would call me back and they didn’t. The lady doing my nails not only took ages, but also didn’t even ask me the shape I wanted/didn’t understand when I asked her to shape them. Never use this salon.

Feet feel great and nails look good. Had to wait over 30 minutes beyond my appointment time but wasn’t in a rush so it was ok. It’s very quiet and peaceful in there.
