First of all, the salon changed my appointment the day before without even consulting me. Secondly, when I arrived at the salon there was literally no one in there and no one arrived for 10 minutes. Finally, THIS SALON DOES NOT OFFER RUSSIAN LASHES. I opted for Russian lashes and paid for Russian lashes however I did not receive Russians. They’re just about Classics, barely even that. The application isn’t great either to be honest. Definitely go elsewhere if you want your lashes doing,

Incredibly disorganised salon, I arrived for my patch test appointment and the women just stared at me blankly… they had no idea what I was talking about and seemed incredibly confused as I explained to them.
