Do not book via treatwell app even if you have an appointment they will say that you don’t, plus if you pay at the venue it will be £10, paying by card or via the app it will be £12 for manicure.
I had my nails done on Monday and by today (Friday) the polish has come out, it seems their products are not good.
Also, the place before had nice towels and better treatment now all they have is paper tissue! Maybe saving cost but it’s not good.
Lastly, there was only one person doing 3 manicures!

My experience was pleasant all the way through! She really took the time to deliver a good experience and was so gentle. Other shops I have been to have left me with cuts around my nails but she removed everything with such precision that I didn't get even a little sting when the products were applied.
