My eyelash removal was very easy, no stinging! Very professional service. The process took around 35 minutes which was fine for me since I wasn't in a rush but longer than stated on the website.

I was barely spoken to and did not feel welcome. The place was filthy and the equipment didn't look like it had been cleaned from the day before at least! It hurt when she used the RUSTY nail clippers to shorten my acrylics (prior to soaking them off) and my fingers were twisted and turned in very awkward ways.
The post removal file down was so bad that one of my nails caught on my coat as I was leaving. As soon as I got home I cut and filed them myself.
I will definitely not be going back!!
