Bleached my hair too light even though I specifically asked for brown, and pointed at the shade multiple times. resulting in another trip back, costing me time and a lot of money for a job i could’ve payed for elsewhere, with much better results.

Everything was good except for the fact that the place was really dirty and behind the bed where the therapist did my wax there was a bin and the walls were really dirty too with stains.
