Lovely staff as usual but due to the long wait I did end up ill for the next few days.

I have never used Kaana before, but my usual place was booked up. I firstly made an error in not realising the Brazilian wax was a strip wax and not the hot wax I am used to, and perhaps that could have been clearer on the website.
Unfortunately it was a terribly painful wax. She kept waxing the same area multiple times and has left me with areas that are bleeding and very sore where the tops layers of skin have been removed.
