Jay made me feel welcome and spent a lot of time on my treatment. She was so nice and really listened to what I wanted, it is the best eyelash perm I've ever had. Could improve the ambience by playing some music.

Beautician was lovely and very chatty. Did a thorough job however the place itself wasn't the nicest. Clean enough and good value though.
