Salon owner was really lovely but my pedicure experience left something to be desired. To start with all of her nail varnishes were in a jumble in a big box so you couldn't really pick a colour that you wanted as they weren't clearly on display. She also didn't remove any dead skin from my feet. There wasn't a proper pedicure Spa chair so the treatment was carried out on a massage table which was very awkward and uncomfortable at times because I had to dip my feet into the paraffin whilst lying on the table. In terms of the quality of the pedicure, although she was using good products and she took the time to push back my cuticles, when she painted my toenails she flooded my cuticles. I had to then go home and clean up the extra Polish that had pooled around the area. The whole treatment occurred in the basement of the salon which had unfortunately suffered some flooding so there was alot of damp everywhere. It felt quite gloomy and you could smell the damp. Not very relaxing! I really wish I could leave a more positive review as the salon owner was so friendly and chatty but I'm afraid that's not all that counts here!

Really good, Jayashree is lovely and very accommodating even after the various changes made to my treatment. She's the only one there so it makes it more personal.

I received really professional treatment that 'went the extra mile' to make me feel looked after. I'd highly recommend! My nails look fab & the massages to hands & feet were just lovely. Great customer care skills.
