The therapist was lovely and very chatty but unfortunately the Hollywood wax was terrible. I was in so much pain and it lasted for almost an hour. this is not my first Hollywood wax and I am generally good at tolerating the pain but the therapist kept going over the same skin and the wax was so hot on application. She was lovely and very chatty but I don't think she should be offering waxing services as I am still so sore hours later. Sadly, would not recommend for waxing.
