I had a wash, cut and blow dry: I asked for just a trim to tidy up my hair and this is exactly what I got along side a consultation before hand, a head massage whilst having my shampoo and conditioner and then once my trim was finished, Jay took her time and care to blow-dry my hair nicely and give it some volume. Very friendly and relaxing!
