Julie made the experience very comfortable. The wax was done really well. She pays attention to detail which is great. She is bubbly and helps distract you from the waxing.

My lash lift was disastrous. The lashes curled in on themselves completely. I went back after a few hours and was told to wet them morning & evening and it will drop. I went to 2 other local salons and they were shocked by my lashes, both said it was terrible. They recommended intensive oil coating for at least a week! I explained to the therapist that my eyes were stinging during treatment, she said not to worry. For 2days after my eyes were red, incredibly sore and it hurt to even blink.
