Dilek was an absolute gem! Very kind and gentle, my skin feels absolutely amazing now and so soothed after the facial. She was very thorough and talked me through the processes. Already booked my next appointment! She spent extra time on me although I had 1 hour booked, amazing customer service.

Dilek was a really lovely woman but kept stopping to answer her phone during the appointment - making an already time consuming treatment take longer. More importantly though, I am not impressed with the lash extensions. They look quite sparse/clumped together and several lashes are wonky despite following the proper aftercare procedures and using a brush to try separate them. Not the natural look I was going for. I will not be going back (sorry Dilek!)

Dilek is so friendly and did a wonderful microdermabrasion for my acne prone and scarred skin! My skin looks and feels so nice.
