I came for a pedicure. The staff who greeted me were lovely, and Priya did a great job—I’m happy with her work. However, I was disappointed with the management. I had booked for Tuesday, but the manager asked me to change it. We agreed on Thursday, but when I arrived, she had forgotten and they weren’t prepared. It felt disorganised. I won’t return for that reason, though the staff themselves were great.

Horrible experience with eyebrow threading. The lady completely ruined one brow and made them mismatch. Manager called after i have left saying to come in the next day to fix it and was overall quite rude but i responded later saying i didn’t want them to thin the other one out and ruin both and i wanted a refund instead. She then blocks me on whatsapp.
