After going to numerous hairdressers i decided to grow my hair in the hope that someone would actually cut my hair right for once. I knew what i wanted but for some reason ended up coming out with hardly any hair on my head as the person cutting it was "scissor happy" . So on coming here i was a little apprehensive , but after completion, i walked out of there with increased confidence for once looking looking exactly how i wanted it
Good massage with friendly masseuse. Only slight problem was that the massage table didn't have a face hole in it, so my neck was turned 90 degrees the whole time, meaning it was quite sore after. Don't know if this would be a problem for everyone, though.

Am pregnant and growing my hair from a short style and felt fed up and needed a pick me up. I tried to explain to Ross what I wanted but didn't help that I didn't actually know myself! However he did an amazing job and everyone has complimented me on my new style and colour. His recommended colours/shades of hi lights were spot on I am really happy and feel brilliant. The young girl who washed my hair and applied my treatment was lovely, chatty and enthusiastic too, both members of staff a real credit to the shop! Thank you so much.

The young male stylist was friendly and very professional. The manager was extremely unprofessional and rude-she changed my appointment to an HOUR earlier at short notice, and was being agressive with me for being 10 minutes late. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable, even to accept a drink. Is that really a way to treat a new client?!! However the lovely stylist made up for her negate attitude.

Good service, great salon and good value. Expected a better blow dry with more volume as have received elsewhere, otherwise happy.
