The staff here were really friendly- excellent service with great product knowledge. I think they treatments can be a bit pricey and wish they stocked dermalogica products. overall definitely recommended!
This was my first fish pedicure and as I wasn't too sure what to expect (and have ticklish feet) was a little apprehensive to say the least. I need not have worried. The therapist put me completely at ease - she explained each bit of the treatment and what a fab treatment it was. The foot massage was incredible and my feet felt the best they have in ages. Thanks to all concerned.
I booked this last minute before my holiday and so glad I did. My eyebrows are already dark and didn't think an eyebrow tint would make any difference but the therapist tinted one and the difference was very visable. The waxing of my eyebrows was pain free and carried out in a precise and professional manner. They looked amazing and most people commented on how neat they looked. I would defo recommend this treatment and venue. Parking turn off was difficult to spot as its a busy main road and traffic is moving fast but this is a miner... will more than likely visit again.
Really friendly service . Massage was just what i needed after a long week at work . 2 week manicure really did last 2 weeks in actual fact nearly 3 weeks if you avoid housework !!!. Definetly would return
I had the almond spa manicure, paid extra for shellac nails and also had the Germaine facial . It was all so wonderful. Kassie the therapist was very friendly and knowledgable. My nails are beautiful and I came away feeling 10 years younger. I would highly recommend Kai Ko's.
