The venue was very easy to find because it is on a main busy road going into Birmingham and a bus stop is right outside. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The manicure lasted for around an hour. This consided of a hand exfoliation, a hand and arm massage, cuticle work, nail shaping and to finish with a nail polish with the polish of my choice. It was worth going to Kai-Ko's
It's been simply pleasurable and very, very relaxing as it was a luxurious manicure with hand massage and with almond mask applied to my hands. It all lasted good 45 minutes.
Kai Ko's is a nice little beauty salon that has a lot more space than you would think from outside, three-story building. The decor is nice and there are a range of treatments, a little above competitive rates, on offer. Unfortunately they only have one therapist which makes it difficult for them to deal with high demand of bookings. The therapist was very friendly and attentative to my needs however the same can not be said for other staff members.

I booked a fish pedicure for my mum at first she was apprehensive at getting it done, but she felt at ease at kai kos and found it an enjoyable experience.
the lady who took care of my feet was perfect, i loved every minute of the pedicure but she ruined it all when she felt the freshly painted toe nails and assured me the polish was dry enough to wear my shoes, it wasn't. i got home and the paint had been smudged all over, that just made me feel like i wasted my time and money.
