From start to finish this was a good and relaxing experience when having a pedicure at Kai Ko's salon. I wsa greated by friendly staff and offered refreshments straight away. I was told that the Therapist would be five minutes which is always nice to know rather than just guessing when you will be seen. When taken up the stairs to the Beauty room I felt it was clean and tidy and the decor was modern. The Pedicure fish that we all see so many of these days were kept in a beautiful tank and seating section which was had lights this cast a blue glow all over the room which made it very relaxing. The Therapist was kind and paid attention to every detail during the treatment. I was really happy with the colour of polishes I was shown and the finish on my toes was extremely neat. My Pedicure lasted for a couple of weeks and I was fully relaxed during the treatment.

Lovely experience at a bargain price. Was very well taken care of- location is very central and easy to get to. My nails were left looking lovely and my hands feeling well taken care of. I am looking forward to my next visit.

i bought a pedicure for £9 place was nice, staff were great, was a bit dissapointed because it was a exfoilating pedicure and i was lookin forward to nice smooth feet with clean heals, but they didnt use a heal scraper/file to file off all the hard skin. Also i had to take my own nail varnish cause they only had 10 pale colours!!!!

very bad facilities. very small spaces the fish tank was really smelly and the whole room not really clean! the girl who did my nails was ok will not be going back!

On arriving at the salon - me any two friends were told that only two of us could have the treatment as at booking (2 months in advance) the person had only applied the two codes - when they looked through their diary they saw three codes had been given, so after rearranging appointments with clients due in later we eventually got to all have our treatments - other than this blip the experience was great, friendly staff lovely treatment would go back
