The offer was really good so i decided to try it out. Enjoyed the salon and the update facilities was really good and clean. The therapist explained everything to me so I knew exactly what was happening. It was well worth the money
the staff were friendly and the interior was very nice and relaxing. flabelos machine is good for circulation problems. would recommend others to try it as it was a good experience although I wouldn't pay full price for the treatments.
Lovely friendly salon. Therapist very informative and chatty made our fish pedicure and visit enjoyable. Nice and private setting for treatment, not in a window like a lot of places! Would recommend to others to try.
This placed cancelled my appointment for a full head of highlights, cut and blow dry 1 week prior to my wedding. The owner was unsympathetic and extremely rude and said it was my own thought for booking my hair appointment so close to my wedding day. This has given me a week to find another hairdresser. The owner of the salon would not accommodate my situation in anyway even though they knew in advance this was required for my wedding day. The owner spoke to me like I was a piece of dirt and said it was my problem and I would have to deal with it. I had travelled from Telford to Birmingham for a patch test 1 month prior - who's paying for the petrol (Me I guess)? I have been in tears all day and now have to find another hairdresser with reasonable prices in time for my wedding. I would strongly recommend anyone considering using this salon to seek alternative an alternative salon especially if it is for a special occasion.

This is a very efficient salon the deal was good, allthough I wasnt able to get full value out of it as I couldnt attend every day so cant say that I did acheive the inch loss promised!
