A wonderful experience in a beautiful place. Very friendly staff who ensured I was comfortable during my visit. Nice background music, plenty of up to date magazines to read whilst I relaxed with my feet dangled in the water.
It is alovelt place very clean and tidy the staff where very helpful even when it took me a while to understand how to use the fabelos machine after her showing more than three times she was very patient have already booked another course for when this one runs out the machine really help with my arthiritis i sleep a lot better from going on it.

i had the worst customer experience here. first I had a Color consulatation which was in april, I chose the colors and was told this info would be stored on system. I went back in June for my Color appointment, I was seen 45 mins late even though I had specifically asked if I would be finished by 5pm as I had another apointment, the receptionist said I'd be put by 4.30. after 45 mins of waiting I was told that my details of Color choice were not noted down, I was also told there would be an additional charge to bleach my hair which I was not informed initially. I then spoke to the salon manager who was extremely rude and intimidating, she insisted that I was told about the charge and made out as if I was lying! she said I'd be finished by 5.30pm. she did not apologise for the bad service if anything she made it worse, instead of trying to resolve the problem she told me to get a refund! I would definitely NOT recommend this place

My sister had purchased two vouchers from Groupon and when we rang to arrange an appointment for a skin test they had no problem fitting us in. The stylists gave us individual attention, asking about prior colouri.e. When and what was used. They then made notes and recommendations and listened to what we would like. Because of my work commitments my sister booked a different day to me and she was really pleased with the cut and treatment and was pleasantly surprised when one of the beauticians gave her a free manicure while her hair was being done. On the day I went I was treated very well My hair was in desperate need of some TLC and I had a full root colour as well as the highlites, and I paid the extra The stylist (Carmen) gave me advice on what to use on my hair and showed me some useful techniques to keep my hair looking good. I do wish other salons would take on board their idea of having the hairwashing area in a seperate room away from passerbys. This is at the rear of the salon, which has a lovely ambience,soft lights and soft music. The staff are really friendly, knowledgable and they have really acheived a lot of the good points of a much more expensive salon.Plus, the Latte and wrapped biscuits were a nice touch. Even if they don't offer deals on Groupon again. I will go back there.

i visited ka kos after buying a voucher on groupon. My main complaint is with the lady who i believe was the manager. after numerous tries to contact them i finally got to speak to someone and made an appointment for a skin test at the skin test i was told that i would have to wait at least 7 weeks as my hair had been colored that week she made me an appointment for 8 weeks time. I explained how i had done my colour myself and really wanted it done sooner as it looked a bit of a mess and she said that she would not let her staff touch my hair for at least 7 weeks!!! I arrived for my appointment after waiting a long 8 weeks looking forward to finally getting my hair done. When i arrived they asked for the voucher. I did not have this as i had already passed over all the details of the voucher therefore thought it would be ok. I then spent 40 mins trying to find the voucher in my hotmail account on my phone from march. The manager was so unhelpful. I explained that i need to pick my son up and therefore did not have time to wait. I asked if they could get started on my hair whilst i carried on looking for the voucher or called my husband to forward it to them. The manager would not let anyone touch my hair until she saw this voucher. Her whole attitude and the way she spoke to me was disgusting. I felt like she was accusing me of lying and that she thought i didnt have a voucher. Maybe i am just a nice trustworthy person but there is no way i would ever treat anyone like that. I assured her she would have the voucher code by the end but she was having none of it. i even said if i did not find it i would pay for my cut and color. I would never ever go back to ka kos which is a shame cause i was really happy with jon who did my hair who i have no complaints about.
