Kailash was super professional, her attention to detail is great and she is a very calming presence. I liked that she explained everything very clearly, so no surprises whilst being treated. I also appreciate that she was totally focused when she was working, so there was not chit chat- I tend to work similarly. She is very professional and very talented in her artistry. My initial thought" I hope I don't regret this" has changed to" I wish I had known her before".
