It was a pleasurable and relaxing experience having my hair coloured at KaiLee. The staff were friendly and professional, they explained the process and were knowledgable about the treatments.

I love my colour.. Paige cut my hair really well " and I'm so fussy" thanks guys I will be back soon.
Had half head of highlights, cut and blow dry last week. Have lost count on the number of people who have commented on how much they like the new style and love the colour! Really impressed with the service and will be booking again!

Foils left on so long my hair has snapped off on one side to half its length. Left alone in front of salon for ages while all staff had lunch. Feral kids later ran wild around the salon. Not worth paying full price. I went because of an offer, unfortunately you get what you pay for!

excellent service very helpful through out from choosing the colour, explaining the how it would turn out due already having previous colour in my hair, how the colour would look and enhance my own skin tones. The total experience was good and i would recommend the staff and salon to anyone who wants good service in any aspect of hairdressing.
