Upon arriving to the salon on Saturday at 12pm, to my dismay it was closed. There was a sign outside stating that the salon was closed for some maintenance for a few days. I called the salon [mobile] number & it went straight to voicemail. I did leave a message but no reply. I booked my appointment via the Treatwell app 2 weeks in advance. I travelled from London to Birmingham [to visit my family] and wasted over an hour of my time travelling to this salon with no communication, information nor customer care. I recommend this salon review and improve their customer communication and appointments. Perhaps take a course on basic and effective customer service?
Sourcing a last minute hair salon wasn’t easy but I visited the Primark Hair, Beauty and Nail bar opposite Moor St Station. It was previously Duck & Dry, but they have renamed it. They had an appointment immediately and a lovely lady named Isabella was able to showcase impeccable customer service. So thank you Kailey’s Beauty for nothing.
My first time, and they made me feel at ease. She took her time and got rid of everything. Kept asking how I was, if the wax was too hot. Great service, would book again, no irritation afterwards, amazing!
I really would recommend this place! It was extremely clean and the staff were nice and comforting. My waxer was very friendly and made the experience pleasant for me. I will definitely be coming back here again and couldn't recommend enough!
