Only one member of staff, I booked my appointment but had to wait nearly 40 minutes until after the booked time. The beautician did not speak great English, she could not find the massage oil for a good ten minutes and did not communicate with me. The room was extremely dirty and unwelcoming. She did not work on my problem areas or listened when prompted to, perhaps inexperienced. I just received a general massage on the whole area. Only accepts cash.
