nice store with friendly staff, asked if I would like refreshments upon arrival. The hairdresser, Saima was friendly and asked how I wanted my hair to be cut, sticking to my preferences. However, when I got home and washed my hair, I realised that some bits of my hair were not even cut and some ends damaged as they were before I got a haircut, had to get it corrected elsewhere.
It was my first visit - clean, new salon. The staff was very friendly, been offered complimentary drinks and sweets multiple times. I was seen by Any - very polite and professional beautician.
