2 times another staff member walked into the room during my intimate wax leaving the door open.
At 1 point i could clearly see another customer & her child.
It was extremely embarrassing & very unprofessional

It’s an amazing place for waxing. I’ve been here a few times and I love it. I Came all the way from London for the waxing. Definitely come and have a visit!

Really pleased with the service at Kaileys hair and beauty. As soon as I walked in,was greeted by the friendly staff and made to feel comfortable. The hairdresser was polite and did an amazing job with my hair. Thank you
