Cherry at Kalma Spa is one of the best masseuses I have ever come across. She is a professional, knows the body, knows exactly how best to pummel the stress away, untie knots, release toxins. 10/10 a brilliant professional masseuse

Overall it was a good experience except at the end when asked to pay more than I was expecting as I had to pay an additional £3 for PPE which was not included in neither of my booking confirmations.
Also Clara said after the massage that I should drink a lot of water. It would have been nice to have been offered a glass of water at the end before leaving.

Excellent customer service, been going here for a long time now and the staff are always welcoming and professional. I definitely recommend and the treatment is the best.

Massage was amazing! Excellent knowledge and treatment was so good at relieving tension. Will definatley re book and the procedures you have put in place for Covid are excellent!
