The venue has a great decor and you really feel in a spa even if it looks pretty small and there is no soft music making the place a little cold imo. When I arrived in the treatment room the therapist offered that another joins to make the treatment quicker (I went for waxing) which is great as not charged extra.
The treatment was well done. Only thing is that moisturising wasn’t done as it should have (massaging down the calf instead of up which is a massive difference when you don’t have a good blood circulation) and I ended up with too much cream tat I had to massage myself. But what I really disliked was the Nando’s leftovers in the room that I spotted on my way out!

I have been to Kalma spa for many years and everything is amazing. The staff, the atmosphere, the treatments- all 5 star quality. I regularly go for laser treatments and it is painfree compared to anywhere else I have been.
5+ years and counting, twice per month! Cherry provides exceptionally good deep tissues massages that take away all the knots and aches. Parlour is clean and relaxing and all the staff are very professional, polite and punctual. I’ve recommended to several male and female friends who have now become loyal customers. Can’t fault them; I wouldn’t go anywhere else in London for a massage
