If I could leave no star I could have done it.
I received keratin treatment which was terrible.
After the first wash my hair were dry, frizzy, and not straight at all in between regardless the half an hour blow dry I still had waves shaped hair
This is not acceptable for 188£.
I could definitely do a huge complaint about. And lastly I don't recommend this salon. I also have pictures in terms of evidence after the first wash. Extra additional information I follow to the letter all the steps.

Ashley was so sweet, she made sure I get the hair done exactly how I wanted it. She was very very patient and nice. Also, she is a talented hairdresser, she knows exactly what she's doing. My haircut has all the details I asked for. Highly recommend Ashley! Thank you :)
