Kami is a pleasant, cheap and cheerful environment and the staff seem very sweet. However, communication is at times very difficult (I was sent up and down the stairs 3 times when I asked for the toilet.) I would have been more comfortable if the therapist giving me a pedicure and the girl watching her weren't talking between themselves and laughing intermittently when I didn't know what was being said too.
The pedicure itself has left my feet feeling very soft but unfortunately she cut several of my toenails so short it hurts to wear shoess and filed several small batches of skin off my ankle bone.
The facial was very different to my previous experiences and involved a lot of upwards slapping of my cheeks. A lot of moisturiser went up my nose, which was worsened by the regularly slots of vigorously rubbing either side of my nose. The pressure massage on my scalp was really enjoyable but the rubbing of my shoulders was excruciating... credit where it's due though, my skin felt amazing when I left (but there are more pleasant ways to achieve it.)
Very polite and I was pleased with my nails when I left. Disappointed that I paid £20 when booking through Treatwell when signs on the window said Shellac for £15.
I just had a really lovely time. The place is clean and simple. The people are lovely and don’t ask too many questions. They’ve taken time to give me a really nice experience and I felt very good. Would definitely go back.
Booked a 30 min pedicure that included dead skin removal and massage, apart from doing your nails, and there were all perfect! It is hard to find places that do something else part from your nails as a pedicure!
Just if your feet need a lot of atention like mine your will be tjere more than the 30 min advwrtised for the treatment
