When I arrived the shutters where still down, I was told to keep my underwear on which then got covered in Wax. The lady seemed to not know what she was doing, pressing down very hard and going over and over the same part. Half way through the wax she left and another lady took over, they didn't say anything to me or each other. The second lady put very hot wax on me which in result has burnt me. I booked a Brazilian Wax and what I got is terrible. As if they have never waxed before. I actually need to book another wax to get it fixed / finished. I will never be back.

I asked 3 times for them to look natural, not happy with results, they look so fake. Feel bad as staff is nice but not coming back

Big toe nails a disaster. The colour came off my big toes after 2 days! On holiday in Spain with ruined nails. Gutted.
