I arranged a last minute leg wax before a holiday and price was incredibly cheap. Unfortunately you get what you pay for. When I arrived the beautician was busy on someone else's nails, the lady said she had to get back to work and the beautician promised it would only be 10 more minutes but she got up and left. It was then the same beautician that did my treatment. What would have happened if she hadn't left? I had moved my appointment time but they had said that it wouldn't be a problem.
The treatment room is very large with multiple treatments occurring in different areas I had just a curtain pulled around the bed so it wasn't very relaxing and when the beautician moved the gap it the curtain exposed my legs to the rest of the room.
The wax itself was incredibly hot to the point I was worried my skin would be burnt (I've had plenty of waxes and I know it needs to be very hot but not that hot). The beautician also didn't seem to have a clue. Waxing my knee unbent was incredibly painful, she didn't even try to keep the skin taught. For my lower leg she twisted my knee in which was very painful.
The treatment also ran over by 15 minutes.
Whilst I can't argue that the overall result is hairless legs for a very cheap price I won't be going back. It was just not worth the worry of scarred skin and poor technique.

Theses are not individual lashes they are party lashes which have destroyed my own natural lashes! The therapist didn’t speak to me during the whole treatment to consult or ask what I wanted. Left with very little of my own lashes. Extremely disappointed and upset.
