Terrible!
The staff doesn't understand English and you can't explain them something or talk with them. They always talk in their native language so you really feel uncomfortable because you have the impression they talk about you. They don't smile and are rude, and when you ask them questions they don't answer you (or maybe don't understand you!). Second, they don't wash your hands and their hands before (so when you saw that they were on their smartphones full of bacterias and touch your hands straight away, that's really bad ...). My first gel manicure appointment was quite ok, but few days after some of my nails were already broken and the colour out. So I've to return into the shop to ask them to fix it, and they were really rude with me, one girl even yells at me and stop to fix the colour of my nail and gone away!!! Her colleague takes care of my nails but it was terrible. My nails are horrible now and as a student, I find it horrible to have paid so expensively for nothing! I don't recommend this shop.
