I arrived early for my full body massage and they took me in early which was nice - the massage itself was very good and staff seemed friendly. However, there wasn't much communication before the massage - it would have been useful to have a questionnaire to discuss pressure or any problem areas. The massage bed wasn't the most comfortable - as there was no hole in the bed for your face I found it difficult to breath at times. For the money paid it would have been nice to have towels on the bed rather than paper and a more relaxing room. The room was very bright and could hear the radio and chatter from upstairs.

Really happy with the end result and great value for money. Although my booking was taken late and staff switched half way through, but would definitely return.

I arrived early and the staff kindly took me straight away. Once they had polished my nails they gave me plenty of time to dry them under the fan. Lovely experience.
