Effie was great, she was very kind and friendly, and importantly was very gentle with my hands. She was helpful and understanding when I accidentally booked a cheaper treatment than I needed, and we managed to sort it out quickly and without issue.

The results were great in the first weeks, but I found more eyelash drops from my eyes compared to the treatment from the other shop. Whilst I can smell the chemical and have itchy eyes when I'm having the treatment.
