Very very disappointed. At first I go on the day of my appointment and they tell me they tried calling me to move the appointment on the next day. The next day, i.e, Sunday they book me on for 12 and when I get there I realize they have over booked me and took someone who had an appointment two weeks later instead of me. Due to the long wait or clients they completed the treatment within 20 minutes, NOT AT ALL WHAT WAS DESCRIBED. This is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL
