As soon as my hair was wet I was told Iwould need to pay an extra ten pounds on top of Treatwell price as they had the price wrong!
Explained I had paid in full and was not prepared to pay extra and eventually this was accepted but not very easily.
A real shame as my haircut and Hema were both lovely, however I was really very disappointed at the request for extra money once hair was wet and it ruined the experience.

Lovely experience, I didn’t have much to spend and was desperate for a trim... I felt welcome, had a lovely chat. Care was taken in discussing my hair requirements and the whole experience was smooth and relaxing! I recommend for anyone that needs a quick fix and doesn’t have the budget of a big hair salon.
