I am so heartbroken! My hair is nothing what I asked for. Cut so short and layers put in when I said no later I must keep one length with a trim. The layers are uneven and was made to pay 35pounds more for a toner!!!! I am a hairdresser this is never ever been this much. Highlight are brassy I have ginger bits and I’m not even ginger. Hema was lovely to chat too but sadly iv never had such bad experience with my hair before. I have cried for hours! :(

I hadn't booked the blow dry as well so I came back to pay for this. However, I was charged an extra £28 on top of the £35 I had already spent. The price on Treatwell for the blow dry had I booked the correct category would have been £50 however, this was £62. I didn't like the way it was more than the treatwell price and more than the quoted price. We won't be coming back.

Hema was brilliant. Very knowledgeable in her field I felt I was in good hands from the moment I entered the salon. I left with a bouncy, voluminous blow dry and my hair now is shiny, soft and so much more manageable! Will definitely return and recommend to others.
