I arrived on time and wasn’t welcomed in- instead a voice from downstairs shouted up to take a seat. This was fine but after 15 minutes of waiting I went down to ask how long the delay was and was informed it would be another 15 minutes. This was annoying as it delayed my later plans. However, when it was time for the treatment I was really pleased with the friendly service I received and the attention to detail. It’s also great value for money. I’ll definitely book again as I’m hoping the delay was unusual...
