Absolutely terrible. I went here to get my hair cut due to it being dry and damaged. I chose here due to the cheap prices and seemingly good reviews. The layers she cut in my hair were extremely choppy and not a good standard, I had to go to another hairdresser to get it fixed. She was extremely surprised at the state of my hair and had to go dramatically shorter to fix the layers. I have emailed multiple times and called this salon to try and get my money back but she has not responded. I even contacted Treatwell who reached out to her and got no response from her either. Such a shame as the lady was super nice and friendly but definitely not going here again

The salon is a little obscure and small in appearance but Hema was skilled. I left with satisfaction about my hair style. I forgot to leave the tips, but I will go back again though.
